Individual Therapy:

$150 per 50 minute session

Couples Therapy:

$175 per 50 minute session

$250 per 80 minute session (couples only)

How do I get started?

I offer a no-fee 15-minute phone consultation for prospective clients to gather information and answer any questions you may have. This can help us see if it would be a good fit. Email or call me if you would like to schedule a consultation call.

How long are sessions?

Most individual sessions and some couples sessions are 50 minutes. Couples sessions are 80 minutes, in order to ensure enough time to cover what's needed that day. How often and how long the sessions are is something that the client and I discuss as we go along, and might change depending on need.

What should I expect from the first session?

During our first session, we will briefly review your intake forms, and I will answer questions you have about my practice policies and therapeutic approach. The first session is when we discuss your reasons for seeking therapy and begin to set your short and long-term goals for therapy. This is true with both individuals and couples. The first session is all about getting to know you and building a safe and trusting rapport as you begin your therapeutic journey. It will also help us determine if I am a good fit for your ongoing treatment.

Do you accept insurance?

I do not accept insurance plans directly. However, if requested I can provide you with a superbill after several sessions which can be submitted to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.

What if I need to cancel my session?

You may cancel your session with 24 hour prior notice with no charge. Cancellations after the 24 hour notice period will be charged $100.
